Top 10 Toddler Toys that my toddler loves.
The mind of a toddler can be a fickle one. My two-year-old likes something one day but not the next. It applies to food, toys, and activities. He doesn’t stick to one toy for very long but this list includes those that he keeps coming back to. These are my son’s top 10 toddler toys!

These plasma cars are so much fun. How do I know? Because I have rode on it lol My son has learned to turn the wheel back and forth to make it go but is not strong enough yet to really get it going. He usually just pushes himself around with his feet right now. This was a Christmas present from his grandparents that he can use over the next few years. I read a ton of reviews where older kids and even adults have fun riding on it. So, even if you don’t have a toddler, this might be fun for an older child.
V-Tech Touch and Learn Activity Desk
We have the Deluxe version which is not what is linked below (it wasn’t available at the time of writing this). I recommend the deluxe version because it comes with the expansion packs… and I think it’s cheaper.
This was another Christmas present my son got this year that will grow with him over the next few years. It comes with double-sided cards that work on the interactive desktop. The cards include: letters, numbers, instruments, food, animals, body parts, and much more. It also features an LED screen where numbers and letters are shown to teach kids how to write. There is an easel underneath for creating art. The desk also plays over 20 melodies, which is my son’s favorite but not always ours!
Little Tikes 2-in-1 Food Truck
I love this food truck that we bought our son. It is so fun to wait at the window while he cooks me some delicious food. It comes with a lot of accessories like food, silverware, condiment bottles, trash can, order pad, food baskets, and more. It even has a cash register and credit cards that swipe and coins. You can reverse the sign on top to display either ice cream or hot dogs. Both are included in the accessories.
My son received for his 1st birthday but he still gets it out all of the time to play with it. In fact, he just played with it today. There are 3 different ways to hear the camping songs, talking, and sounds. You can push the main button, flip the book, or press down on the animals that pop out. It includes two Little People, a dog, 2 camp chairs, and a boat with fishing line. Everything fits inside of the camper and the tire on back locks the doors in place.
Koooky Eddie the Frog Ipad Case
How cute is this frog case? It’s not a toy but my son loves it and it’s really handy. I was the mom that didn’t want my kids using technology until they were older but I caved. There are times where it has really been a life saver and we’ve found some great learning apps. This case is easy for little hands to keep hold of it. The case stands up so it’s perfect for sitting on a table. My son has dropped his IPad in this case several times and we haven’t had any issues or breaking.
Koooky Eddie the Frog Childrens Green Apple iPad Mini Tablet Case – Drop, Shock and Scratch Resistant tablet case with car headrest travel attachment – for Apple iPad Mini, Mini Retina, Mini 2, Mini 3
This ride on is so cool. It starts up with engine sounds and the lights come on. It even has an MP3 player. The best part about it is the remote control. Your kid can ride on it while you steer so it’s perfect for smaller kids. Once they are ready, the two joysticks on top will allow them to steer it themselves. It does have a little jerk to it when it first goes forward which is normal for most of these ride on toys. Sometimes it scares the kids a little bit, but once it’s going it is smooth.
Does your toddler love to open and shut things? This microwave is perfect for that. It comes with 6 different food items that they can pretend to cook. The buttons set a real timer that counts down on the screen. The turntable spins and a bell sounds when the food is done.
These aren’t a toy but my son loves them! He wears them to play in all of the time. The soles light up when he walks and they are all rubber so no water can get in. He can easily slip them on and off by himself which is an added bonus.
We have a cowboy set that is no longer available but this is close to it. Ours included a cowboy hat. My son loves wearing the hat and carrying the gun. The bullets are small and could be a choking hazard so I would not give them to a toddler. These are very cheap sets so don’t expect high quality. They have pink sets for girls, too.
