Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 ea jalapeno, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small container or bowl with a lid.

  2. Chop the jalapeno into small pieces. Add to the mayonnaise/ketchup mixture.

  3. Stir until all of the ingredients are combined.

  4. Cover sauce with a lid and let it refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Recipe Notes

  • Jalapenos can be sliced, diced, or chopped as small or big as you'd like.  I recommend smaller pieces for chips, fries, or onion rings.  Bigger pieces or slices would be great for burgers and sandwiches.
  • Let the sauce refrigerate for as long as possible before serving.  This allows the flavor of the jalapenos to come out in the fry sauce.
