BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza done in under 20 minutes. Perfect for the whole family.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook chicken pieces until cooked through. About 6 minutes per side for chicken breasts and less for tenders or thin slices of chicken.
Dice the chicken into small pieces. You can also shred the chicken if you prefer. Toss in 1/2 cup of the bbq sauce.
Place the two pieces of naan on a baking sheet. Brush the remaining bbq sauce on each piece, covering to the edges. If you'd like light sauce, use less. If you'd like more sauce, feel free to use more.
Spread the diced chicken on the naan. Cover with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on each piece of naan.
Bake just a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Slice or serve in whole pieces.
