Banana Bundt Cake

The best banana bread in a bundt cake pan giving it a crisp outside on each piece.

  • 5 ea bananas, mashed over ripe are the best
  • 4 ea eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 bx instant vanilla pudding 5.1 oz
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl of a stand mixer (or use a mixing bowl with hand mixer). Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Coat a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  4. Add the banana bread mixture to the bundt cake pan.
  5. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 1 hour. I usually check it at 45 minutes and every 10 minutes after that. To tell if it's done, a toothpick or knife should come out clean after inserted into the middle.
  6. Serve immediately, or once cooled, place in a airtight container.
