Baked ravioli is a great family dinner recipe that takes little prep. Kids and adults will love the extra cheese baked on top.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the pan to lightly cover the bottom.
Layer the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce. It will probably be a tight squeeze. You can also make multiple layers with the ravioli and sauce (alternating) if you have enough.
Add the remaining pasta sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. *I add some basil and oregano on top of the cheese for a little contrasting color but this is completely optional.
Bake for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. The cheese should be brown and bubbling when done.
Cool for 5 minutes and then serve.
