Football season is right around the corner. What better way to celebrate than with one bite tacos!
Can you believe we are already talking about football? This summer has flown by.
These One bite tacos are one of my go-to football party recipes.
They are easy to make but just take a little extra time to assemble.
I’ve made them several times and they are always a hit. Even if the meat isn’t served hot, they still taste great.
Some possible additional topping ideas: received beans, black beans, jalapeños, corn, guacamole, or anything else that would go on a taco. You can also exchange the beef for chicken, pork, or steak.
The key is chopping everything small enough to fit in the little scoop chips.
You can use a Ziplock bag to put the sour cream or any other creamy ingredient on the tacos. Cut off the tip and squeeze out a dollop on each one. Saves a lot of time and hassle.

One Bite Tacos
One bite tacos are perfect for your next football party. Load them with any combination of toppings you prefer.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Tostito scoop chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 ea tomatoes, diced small
- 1 cup shredded cheese Mexican or cheddar

Instructions
-
Brown and crumble the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and follow instructions on taco seasoning packet.

While the ground beef is cooking, lay out the scoop chips on a serving platter. I try to find the ones that aren’t broken or only slightly broken.
-
Fill each scoop chip with a 1/2 to 1 tbsp of ground beef. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and tomato.
-
Put a small dollop of sour cream and taco sauce on each taco.
Recipe Notes
Add additional toppings or substitute toppings as you prefer. There is no right or wrong way to fill these.
