Sriracha Aioli is a spicy cream sauce that makes things like burgers, onion straws, and roasted veggies irresistible.

Sriracha aioli is a favorite in our house. I love adding it to burgers for a little extra flavor and kick. It’s also great on onion strings or roasted veggies.

With 4 ingredients it is super easy to make and most people have the ingredients on hand… if you’re a sriracha lover.

This is a great make-ahead sauce so the flavors marinate. We add a little garlic to give it even more flavor.

What’s in Sriracha Aioli?

Mayonnaise

I use Kraft Mayo. Any mayo is fine as long as it is not Miracle Whip.

Sriracha

We use Sriracha hot chili sauce like picture above.

Minced Garlic

Fresh garlic, roasted garlic, or minced garlic are the best choices. You can also skip the garlic if you don’t like the flavor.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice adds a little acid to counter the sweetness of the mayonnaise. I think it also adds liquid to make the sauce creamier. I used bottled lemon juice but fresh lemons will also work.

Don’t want to make it yourself?

You can also buy a comparable sauce if you can find Stonewall Kitchen products near you. I was able to find it at a local hardware store that carries a lot of food products. You can also order from their website. It’s easier and cheaper to make at home though and I always think homemade is better.

I also love this jalapeno fry sauce to dip french fries in but it’s also great on burgers. I’m not even a jalapeno fan but I love that sauce.

Green Goddess Dip is also a great dip for vegetables and roasted potatoes.
